How To Create a 90-Day Transaction History
The 90-day transaction history document is necessary for a mortgage transaction involving purchasing a property. It makes up part of the documentation Lenders require to prove the availability of funds for down payment and closing costs.
Lenders require a 90-day transaction history for all bank and investment accounts that funds will be withdrawn from for the purchase of the property.
This process isn't necessarily as simple as providing 3 months worth of bank statements.
It can get tricky to produce the necessary document properly so I made this instructional video to show you how to do it!
